Comparing the new WorkflowMax to NextMinute is currently a bit challenging. As WorkflowMax is an entirely new product, it doesn't have publicly available reviews and hasn't been throughly tested by builders & tradies. It's also a generic job management software, not purpose built for the unique needs of residential construction. There is currently also no public free trial available.

While the new WorkflowMax is now currently only available to existing users, it's still under development with many key features you may rely on yet to be released.
