Co construct has some great CRM tools that suit a larger construction business that has enough office staff to keep the system ticking along. NextMinute is targeted at the small to mid size building firm where a suite of CRM features is lower down the list of nice to haves. Co Construct only integrates with Quickbooks whereas NextMinute integrates with Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks coming soon.
Co Construct pricing is really targeted at the larger construction firms. NextMinute is much more cost effective for the small to mid sized construction and building business.
