Can I find an old quote or job for a client without digging through emails?

Yes — pull up the client's profile and every quote, invoice, photo, note and message sent sits right there. No more scrolling through three years of Gmail looking for the one with the right attachment. The search works across contacts, jobs and quotes too, so if you remember a job name or a street name you can find it in seconds. The mobile app makes that search just as quick when you're on-site.

I've already got my contacts in Xero — why do I need a CRM as well?

Fair question. Xero is brilliant at the accounting side, but it isn't built to handle leads that haven't paid you a cent yet. A construction CRM tracks every enquiry, quote and follow-up from the first call through to invoice, then hands the paid customer back to Xero clean. Think of it as the front end of your business — the bit that wins work — while Xero handles the books. They sync both ways through the Xero integration.

I do a lot of repeat work for the same clients — does the CRM handle that?

Yes. Each client's full job history sits against their profile, so when a regular rings up asking for "another one like that pergola we did in 2024", you can pull the quote, photos and final costs in seconds. How long does it take to get my existing contacts and jobs across?

Most builders are up and running inside a week.
