To manage a residential construction business and team (beyond simply quoting), Buildxact requires either the Pro or Team membership, effectively locking every user into a higher price point regardless of the functionality they require.
To record your teams time and apply it to your jobs you need to purchase a separate expensive system. More cost, another system, more hassle.
Either an expensive quoting-only system or you need to have your entire team signed up as expensive “all-access” users. To limit control of your team members you need to pay even more.
The ‘Entry’ tier has a limited number of features and is double the price of a full access NextMinute admin membership. The Team tier locks all users at a single and high price point making it inflexible to real world construction teams.
Limited integration to Accounting systems, with no Bills import from Xero. Supplier bill integration is also very limited because you cannot push line items into individual jobs.
As per their support page and Google reviews, support is not “people first” as you may have to wait some time to get any response at all.
