NextMinute and Aroflo are both designed for managing the more complex projects common to builders, carpenters and construction trades.
Aroflo has a lot of features which can take a bit to work out. In fact, you’ll have to pay at least $1k upfront to get the system up and running. NextMinute is a bit more intuitive and they don’t charge you for setup. Feature wise NextMinute has much stronger job planning and back costing (real time job profitability tracking) features and much tighter integration with cloud accounting packages such as supplier invoice imports and payroll sync.
